Hansard is the verbatim report or transcript of the plenary proceedings of the County Assembly where every Member’s contribution is recorded in audio format before being turned into a text through a process known as transcription.  Standing Order No. 217 (1) guides the process of production of official reports which should be published within 48 hours after every plenary Assembly sitting.
