Public Participation on Kajiado County Sand Harvesting and Quarry Bill, Environment Protection Bill, and Climate change Bill.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 196 (1)(a),(b) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, and Standing Orders No 121(3) of the County Assembly Standing Orders, the Kajiado County Assembly hereby invites Members of the Public and interested groups to submit written memoranda on the following Bills:

  1. The Kajiado County Sand Harvesting and Quarry Bill, 2020;
  2. The Kajiado County Climate Change Bill,2020; and
  3. The Kajiado County Environment Protection Bill, 2020.

The Bills are available at www.kajiadoassembly.go.ke/downloads.

The written memorandum on the above Bills to be submitted to the Office of the Clerk, or email to, info@kajiadoassembly.go.ke on or before Friday 24th July, 2020
