Sadness engulfed Kihara village in Ngong, Friday, as mourners joined to give last respect to Carolyne Siana Risancho who until her death served as the Hansard Reporter at Kajiado County Assembly.
Hon. Johnson Osoi, Speaker described Carolyne as a staff who gave it all to her work. “Carolyne Risancho was a competent staff who was marked for greater heights,” said the Speaker.
Kajiado County Assembly staff and Members of County Assembly joined more than one thousand mourners in celebrating Risancho who was a friend to many. The Clerk, Leboo Saisa said the deceased will be remembered as a person who achieved a lot due to her competence.
Carolyne Risancho succumbed on 12th December 2020, after a short illness at Agha Khan Hospital in Nairobi.
